Cote d'Ivoire: Joy-FullA Story by Abishai100Man narrated his trek to the Ivory Coast for football-and-soccer anticipations 'culture' of Earthling's chandelier.
Ivory Coast set sports fanfare fiction diorama of sorts. Happy Thursday Night Football all,
DISCLAIMER: This work of fiction offers no ties to any person(s)/body and is cast as purely a 'personal' expression for social folklore/arts (for 'open' review). ---- ==== Saquon Barkley made his great Selfie-like debut for the touted post-Brady era '24 season in Brazil (exhibition-season media in foreign land) for my fanfare for hometown (Philly) comment (the Eagles), sure. Now, I was set to trek to another side of the Earth, to Cote d'Ivoire ("The Ivory Coast") for some chocolate-investment tale linking world soccer and American football media-superstitions (for ad-culture). Follow along, folks! The Ivory Coast had seen much transit/migrations intrigue and ivory-trade competition and colonialism and revolution and then civil wars, all the while fostering its world-dominance in cocoa-beans (chocolate world industry/production value) exports. Sure, I wanted to see the West African area of incomplete-lines readings of superstitions of consumerism and media-life. I wanted some world soccer and American football duality-line for media/TV ads-culture of great profit-examination metaphysics (for the Ego!). The Ivory Coast boasted a recent world soccer Cup-laurel in the AFCON and American Homeland football fans wanted Super Bowl TV-ads feelings in '24 to reflect a post-Brady era audience superstitious shine for the home-chairs (sure). READER (Cote d'Ivoire): World Cup soccer ads generate much audience rush. ME: Super Bowl ads are American Homeland mainstays for consumerism hype, too. READER: So, you're in the Ivory Coast seeking some world-bowtie feel for football-and-soccer, eh? ME: Well, I wonder if I may find some World War art-image to cast this duality-sport line for shine! READER: That sounds like a rich magic-arts for media/Selfie Jabberwocky (ok). ME: Wish me luck, reader! CURATOR: You want this WWII piece we've imported from the Windy-City (American Homeland). ME: I surely do, and I've the Wall-St. earnings to do so, friend. CURATOR: Well, I guess it's a social media friendly complement to world-ties for sport (football/soccer?). ME: I know you'd see the uncertainties my way, friend (thanx). CURATOR: Facebook-like! Well, the stage was set, and I knew Spain's win of the Olympics men's soccer gold-medal in the Paris Games was a cool reflection (or imprint) of my hometown Philly (Eagles) Week 1 premonitions-value laurel in exhibition-land (Brazil) for an Earthling 'weave' of football-and-soccer fan languages (for the Ego!). I wanted to use my newly acquired Ivory Coast museum WWII painting/print for my special World Cup and Super Bowl ads-culture 'consciousness' magic tell for a sportsmanship cleat of those pesky Earthling woes of terrorism and disease and economic crashes and invasions (damn). I returned to the American Homeland convinced (now!) that I was on-pace to link sports-adjective with Earthling charge for simply ghosts. "Doing well is the result of doing good. That's what capitalism is all about" (Ralph Waldo Emerson). ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) © 2024 Abishai100 |
