READER: Fan of Bull Durham (Kevin Costner)?

MR. AMLAN SATAN: Selfie-culture qualia, no (machinery)?

READER: Some pitchers shine through; some have cards of high value, pal.

MR. AMLAN SATAN: Sure, sometimes it's not a superstar whose card's neat!

READER: That's the language for our Selfie-age, pal...sport-line of life (ha).

MR. AMLAN SATAN: Reflection of capitalism's arms and home-life (TV).

READER: Super Bowl TV-revenue culture's become Earth's bed-ABCD.

MR. AMLAN SATAN: Pizza and wings (all American).

READER: Well, I'm sure you've got some gorgeous cards.

MR. AMLAN SATAN: Baseball and football, some nice gems (yeah, reader!).

READER: Well, your Owen White nod to the story of sport is good jewelry.

MR. AMLAN SATAN: Capitalism's bread/fruit for the Ego, reader (thanx).

GIRLFRIEND: Shrimp cocktail in Atlantic City (yum).

MR. AMLAN SATAN: Perfect change for Boardwalk-town thought, darling (sure).

GIRLFRIEND: You say some rich baron wants to offer you $1M for your card?

MR. AMLAN SATAN: We could surely use the dough, darling; I've 2 hours to choose.

GIRLFRIEND: That card's one of your prize-faves, right?

MR. AMLAN SATAN: Let's eat this Atlantic City shrimp and think chore later.

GIRLFRIEND: Selfie-like (good).
