Small Town Physics {End Zone}A Story by Abishai100A Ouija-game variant yields a dark/stranger coincidence for Amlan/Ezzy on a Halloween Eve worth its weight in Earthling cleats (of jitters).
An offbeat metaphysics paranoia tale of the crime-story variety.
---- ==== Amlan and Ezzy were in a special area of the American Homeland on Halloween Eve post-deed of a diamond-swap (heist!) in that very-same town on Halloween Day, in festive costume/mask for a reading for street-gossip about eco-capitalism daring ('blood-diamonds') for insured pieces for local consumerism fare, for a Western Selfie-wind. AMLAN: I'm making a social media blog or something about Ouija. EZZY: Post Robin Hood work, eh boss? AMLAN: Thanx for the vintage mouse for my desktop complement! EZZY: I've this notion to use our Ouija-game to call psychos, not ghosts. AMLAN: Interesting, a mock challenge for what's Ouija-cliche, eh lady? EZZY: Selfie-like (ha). It was Halloween, and trick or treaters passed by the house rented in that very-same town where Amlan/Ezzy were retreating to prep their night-Ouija game for invocation of psychos (mock overground street-crimes parody-laughter) instead of ghosts (usual Ouija-practice/game), but they didn't think they'd encounter messengers of some unrecognized dark side of Earth (wow). AMLAN: Have you seen the original Strangers (Liv Tyler)? EZZY: I sure have, and it's quite the dystopian view of home-threats. AMLAN: Freakish but stylishly masked super-psychos of the Scarecrow-IQ. EZZY: Yeah, the Scarecrow's become a harvest-superstitions mainstay. AMLAN: Good image for our use of Ouija tonight to invoke living crazies! EZZY: Facebook-like (ha). How'd Amlan/Ezzy anticipate what would happen if they played their Ouija-variant that Halloween Eve? Someone did answer their stranger invocation of living human psychos, like those from some horror-cinema, instead of Ouija-ghosts as was usually practiced for that voodoo game of known superstition (hmmm). Three masked weirdos showed up and started tapping on their window in that town, on Halloween Eve, and it was 2 females and 1 male, and the male had a Scarecrow mask. They drove up and parked in a green car, and Amlan remarked, "These Ouija-specters look like those 'avatars' from The Strangers, Ezzy (Jesus!)." EZZY: Well, at least the Ouija-call for living psychos worked...to distance? AMLAN: We gotta flee and keep this (all) secret, my lady (good). EZZY: Facebook-like. Amlan got-away, but Ezzy was killed. Amlan never exposed the secret of that Ouija-coincidence (to any soul). He recounted his adventure in a future cyber-story (fictional) about how a Ouija-exercise invoked the ghost of the Headless Horseman and led to the death of his girlfriend, his beloved Esmerelda ('Ezzy'). Was this real or simply incidence of the dark skies variety, for Amlan (Selfie-like)? PUBLISHER: This needs to be a work in book-format, honey. AMLAN: I don't want to be celebrity-IQ for this languages, friend. PUBLISHER: You alright? AMLAN: Let's just say writing's become a doughnut hole for me (ha). PUBLISHER: Good luck (Selfie-like). "Doing well is the result of doing good. That's what capitalism is all about" (Ralph Waldo Emerson). ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) © 2024 Abishai100 |
