Arles-Ronin: B+A Story by Abishai100Can an Arles 'examination' for ex-intelligence yield an 'academic' view for what makes (invisible) mercenary work quite distant?
A mercenary-Euro adventure inspired by Ronin (John Frankenheimer). Thanks for reading!
---- ==== AMLAN: This Arles work has Baroness prints on it for blood-diamond (eco-IQ). RAKI: As ex-intelligence mercs wandering around as Ronin, we can't care! AMLAN: You're right, but maybe you're still-intelligence (CIA?). RAKI: You can trust me...I'm much more speedy than this Baroness (employer). AMLAN: Selfie-like? Arles was where we find our wandering mercenaries, Ronin of Earth, masterless/displaced (or misplaced!) samurai-warriors working invisibly in a black-market game for their mystery-employer (Baroness) who sought some diamond-case swap/lift/chase with (Ion-co.) road warrior minions, but Raki swapped the gems with glass-animal toys (eco-message) and Amlan proved the insurance-safeties for Arles police eye by evading the minions/adversaries with alley-twists/turns for a cool examination for the Baroness (Selfie-like). The gents (heroes?) were quite-good, and Amlan spent time in Arles (once) while on an exchange from Dartmouth and wanted to find a lady-waitress to share Van Goth bread with...and forget about chemical warfare (sure). BARONESS: Thanx, heroes! AMLAN/RAKI: Are you headed for some Turkey examination with eco-capitalism? BARONESS: Why not? AMLAN/RAKI: Into the Louvre are ya? BARONESS: Why not? AMLAN/RAKI: We're off to the Olympics, Baroness. BARONESS: Why not? AMLAN/RAKI: Ronin don't care for hyperbole? BARONESS: Why not? Years later, we find Amlan working inside the games of some UK-veil, perchance for a memoir of what made his Baroness-Arles 'mission' something of a hype for himself (and Raki too!). This was a tale of mercenary-sensibility and Selfie-languages for ex-intelligence adjectives. Would you want to be a Ronin (Facebook-like)? Selfie-culture makes Super Bowl TV-revenue culture-couches fare more...dodecahedrons (no?). "Doing well is the result of doing good. That's what capitalism is all about" (Ralph Waldo Emerson). ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) © 2024 Abishai100 |
