Can the new super-speedy Flash hero create a 'decimal' challenge for an evil wizard as July-4th nears?

No one knew the BP station attendant Mr. Amlan Satan was actually the masked superhuman of great incredible speeds and agility/adaptation known as the Flash, who inherited the powers of super-speed for controls in crime/hell from his predecessor, Mr. Barry Allen. Satan-Flash was quite the Selfie-consumerism commentary culture reading citizen-diplomat of the language-arts of world capitalism cartoons (hmmm).

Now Satan-Flash had a new rival/adversary problem in the Wizard, a dark challenger of Western (American Homeland) 'examinations' of chemical warfare, smuggling in toxins and blood-diamonds from Africa and elsewhere to create bad-image of underground/invisible resource motions for rogues on Earth in the post-9/11 era of invasion/terrorism paranoia 'creativity' for hell (hmmm).

SATAN-FLASH: I've placed anime-avatar computer-graphics doll images now!
WIZARD: I've read; Smithsonian (etc.) computer-age model-faces of consumerism.
SATAN-FLASH: I'll drown-out your anti-capitalist agenda to make Earth hideous!
WIZARD: We shall see, Satan-Flash; for this avatar-commerce IQ is football.
SATAN-FLASH: Football and Super Bowl TV-revenue culture's a cheerleader-IQ!
WIZARD: That's your idea for these doll-face computer-avatar images in museums?
SATAN-FLASH: I'll destroy your deformation of consumerism with doll-bytes!
WIZARD: We shall see, Satan-Flash (Selfie-like).

The Flash was in fine-form, and the adversarial Wizard had an evil-point now challenged by the super-speedy Flash (Mr. Amlan Satan) inserting computer-avatar angel-doll pro-consumerism faces of Barbie-like 'museum' optimism to upset the Wizard's evil-point cleats of bad sportsmanship with his circulations of poison-for-touchdowns. Who'd emerge as the diplomat-messenger of capitalism's arms of leviathan as Independence Day fast approached (for all)?
