Oscar's Thesis: Helmet-Quarrel

Oscar's Thesis: Helmet-Quarrel

A Story by Abishai100
"

A husband who's sure his wife's gonna win on Oscar-night had ghost-views of the Earth 'sport' of treasure-islands pieces, for a Western culture line-to-vanity.

"
A special Summer-season nod to what makes Oscar night (Academy Awards) on Earth a culture-image of simplified 'leviathan' medicine, inspired (loosely) by The Oscar (Stephen Boyd).

It was Oscar-night that approached for me, a pirate-concepts storyteller in the West (American Homeland). I'd lived in New England and Southern California before settling into my married-life of incomplete-distances readings of culture-adsorption 'consciousness' for my peculiar fantasy-myth generation view. It was Oscar-night, and my wife (Shelbye) was nominated for her outstanding supporting-role performance as a journalism tigress invested in the applications of media-tech in explorations of the consequence-thinking of the Russo-Ukraine invasion/war impact on world-trade/exchanges for customs cinema (wow). I was one of many citizens of the West fascinated by this Selfie-journal.

SHELBYE: You're seeing ghosts in your dream-sleep, hubby?
ME: I ain't lying, hon; this is pirate-thinking extended for my husband-envy of your Oscar!
SHELBYE: These ghosts you see...they apply for the adverbs of my speedy ascension to celebrity?
ME: I ain't lying; perchance my pirate-tales never have that mark of society overground shine!
SHELBYE: Well, hubby...if I win, I'd imagine you negotiate some grave 'matter' for trophies/gold.
ME: I ain't lying...but you speak cemetery-truth; I need some pirate-adventure tale for terrorism.
SHELBYE: Quiet and wise, hubby; ghosts never speak of sanity (ok?).
ME: Thanx (for everything!).

Shelbye won. She was right. I was pirate-hypnotized by the gold. It was Oscar-night, a testimony for what makes the social network psychology/philosophy and media-capitalism shine for shares in emotions and intelligence for anthropological behavior counts of the Ego (sure). She deserved the Oscar. Boy, did she look great. I didn't have a ghost-nightmare that evening, only bound-Romanticism (wow). It was Selfie-like (ok).

SHELBYE'S SPEECH: "I thank so many for this pronounced recognition of the medicine-value of media and the heroines in it; to my husband, a pirate-at-heart, who yearns for society interests in capitalism-myths and optimism, I feel giddy thinking I've become his 'trophy-wife' for incomplete funnies (thanx for the romance).'

That evening in our American Homeland abode, I made my winning 'trophy-wife' (Shelbye) some peach-jelly and (Indian) luchi-bread for thanksgiving-emotion(s); and I knew she was never-again to feel like a 'ghost' of the movie-screen 'environment' of the Ego (ok!).

MY PIRATE_STORYBOARD (Excerpts): "Bluebeard ('Amlan Satan') crossed a keys-bridge game between the Kingdom (Belfast/London) and Saudi Arabia as New Earth terrorists would challenge his ghost-ship move for bloody-gems hand-axes of the heart...there was no benediction in this landscape of eco-capitalism gone haywire (for any pirate!)...I knew I needed some angel inspiration for pirate-seas as Bluebeard ('Amlan Satan')...the Earth was his for the masking/cemeteries!"

SHELBYE: I got you this, hubby.
ME: Wow, Pirate-Lego (toylands of the seas).
SHELBYE: You earned it.
ME: With flying colored-glass typing (aarrrhh).
SHELBYE: I love you.
ME: It's all about gold (Oscar-night's pear-and-luchi).

"Doing well is the result of doing good. That's what capitalism is all about" (Ralph Waldo Emerson).
