Possession: Post Office Weak

A Story by Abishai100
"

Adaptation of the dramatized tale/film of possession and murder and American (Amityville) scar.

"
A dark adaptation of Amityville: The Possession (Burt Young). Thanks for reading,

FATHER ADAMI: Think of the voices as simply shadow-distance for thorns, son.
MR. AMLAN SATAN: I'm relatively young, sharing house with alcoholic dad (Emit).
FATHER ADAMI: You must find some language for personal-life resolution in clarity.
SATAN (Amlan): I concur, Father; I've been flirting with our post-office lady (Ezzy).
FATHER ADAMI: If you can't bring someone home (to Emit), find roads to heaven.
SATAN: What if I'm in hell...Selfie-like?

Amlan and Emit shared a small townhouse, as Amlan worked from home for a private venture on Wall-St. and became growingly eerie when he heard demon-voices in his head about whispers of bloody-murder, to outright execute Emit (dad) and bring Ezzy home after burying him. This was the plan. It was insurance-friendly leviathan. Father Adami, Amlan's only (Catholic-priest) 'guru' of this Homeland-Jersey tale of religious darkness, motivated Mr. Satan (Amlan), to consider alternatives to real estate ruin for American legend.

FATHER ADAMI: Why, my son?
SATAN (Amlan): I've adopted the voice, Father Adami (ha).
FATHER ADAMI: You poor wretch...leave Mr. Amlan Satan demons!
SATAN (Amlan): You could inherit my mantle, Father Adami (ha).
FATHER ADAMI: All you need is art and therapy and prayer and incarceration.
SATAN (Amlan): With you.
FATHER ADAMI: That's promise...for your chemical weapon on that dark night.
SATAN: Ezzy's safe.
FATHER ADAMI: She believes in you...Selfie-like!

FATHER ADAMI: Emit was a misery-character, friend.
FATHER BURNS: This was an American tragedy.
FATHER ADAMI: The more I work with Amlan, the more I feel dark, friend.
FATHER BURNS: Sounds-dialysis for leviathan, friend; it's a Selfie-universe.
FATHER ADAMI: Good (fiction!).

Before Amlan killed his father one night, after introducing him (very-briefly) to Ezzy on one of her mail-visits to their Homeland-Jersey (shared) town-home, he told him of his newfound fascination with robotic mice and parallels to a computer/desktop mouse; and he wanted Emit to think (deeply) about the creature-comforts of manmade bureaucracy-arts of the heavens/Earth. This was the fall of Paradise...cartoon of thorns.

EZZY: Father Adami says you're healing...criminal-insanity, possession, isolation.
AMLAN: He's going to absorb the demon-spirit from within me I fear, darling.
EZZY: I'll stay here, visit, and watch Dolphins on TV with ya (Sundays), promises.
AMLAN: You're the angel (good post-office work).

Father Adami became undone working closely with Mr. Amlan Satan, but Amlan improved. Was this a curse of murder and alcoholism? Father Burns, Adami's friend of the same Catholic-house, prepared a very nice/soothing/tasty Irish stew-curry on Saint Patrick's Day...hoping all the 'mice/men' of this character-driven tragedy-tale would yield some form of escapism from the Earth of thorns-and-aches (wow).
