Brussels (Belgium) is an unusual and idyllic place in the autumn season, when Halloween comes around and various areas of the cities like roadways and parks are decorated for the time of masquerade and candy!

This is the time of great social festivities surrounding the 'spooky-lights' and pageantry/costumery of the Halloween season, and you might walk into an iconic Brussels (Belgium) restaurant to enjoy some squash or pumpkin soup and Killian's beer! This Halloween season, which comes to Brussels (Belgium) every October of course, is also the marked time when October month may see a Friday the 13th date, the annual time signifying a superstitious fear of misfortune. Now, October has two 'iconic' dates because of this fact --- October 31 (Halloween Eve) and October 13 (Friday the 13th)! This is because in a place like Brussels, the people get to mark/enjoy two days/dates symbolizing the 'specter/spookiness' of the autumn season's regular darkness.

Of course, none of this matters to the guerrilla-intelligence infiltration-agent with Interpol-relations named Amlan Satan (code-name: Storm-Shadow) who works for a new world underground group loosely called the 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' (F-IRA), based in British Columbia, composed of Catholic political and intelligence advocates of socioeconomics reform talks in sectarian troubled Northern Ireland (United Kingdom), and working to destabilize piracy 'blood-diamond' heading into Belfast (Northern Ireland) and threatening 'overground' commerce improvements negotiations between Catholics-Protestants. Storm-Shadow (Amlan Satan) is in Brussels (Belgium) this Halloween-time to coordinate a special blood-diamond heist from an iconic bank safe-box in the Euro-city.

Storm-Shadow is coordinating a blood-diamond heist in Brussels (Belgium) from the Euro-Bank of Trust which contains a safe-box filled with Sierra Leone blood-diamonds belonging to the corrupt Euro-baron Goldfinger. He's staking-out the Brussels metro-system and underground map to chart a course marking the path from a library to the bank and then from the bank to an Interpol-relations diamond-exchange station and then from that station to a private hotel room.

His wife is in Belgium at the same time performing a special women's East-West saree fashion-shoot as a model/designer featuring iconic designs/blends from Ireland and India, and she's no clue to Amlan's activities with F-IRA geared towards catalyzing speedy UK Parliament affirmative-action employment assistance program reform policy talks. She simply thinks they're incidentally in Brussels (Belgium) together in the same Halloween season this year and is of course separated from her James Bond husband Storm-Shadow on Friday the 13th.

STORM-SHADOW: I'll have to perform this media-spectacle Goldfinger blood-diamond heist on Friday the 13th in Brussels!

The wily guerrilla-operations agent with Interpol-relations working with F-IRA and another group in Europe walks into the Brussels (Belgium) bank on 10/13 (Friday the 13th!) and shows the guardsman his toy water-rifle and presents himself in a mask/costume, claiming he's doing a street-theater performance about Goldfinger's diamonds and requests iPhone-photos of the safe-box area and a meeting with the bank manager.

BANK MANAGER: The iconic baron stores his mysterious/famous gems in our respectful bank safe-box, and we don't worry.

Once escorted inside the safe-box area of the bank vault room in Brussels (Belgium) on 10/13 (Friday the 13th!), Storm-Shadow (Amlan Satan) reveals to the single escorting guardsman (Leo) his toy water-rifle is actually filled with hot acid and he intends to burn a hole into Goldfinger's safe-box and swap his piracy 'blood-diamonds' with toy gems hidden in the soles of his shoes to draw out a media-specter commentary from the iconic baron about potential journalism linking piracy traffic to economically-complicated areas in Europe like Northern Ireland (United Kingdom). The bank guardsman (Leo) realizes that 'Storm-Shadow' is a masked man (James Bond!) of great diamond-mission dollars.

STORM-SHADOW: I made off with about $20M worth of Goldfinger's blood-diamonds from the Brussels bank that 10/13.

Storm-Shadow then makes his way to the Brussels metro-train and heads to the Interpol-relay station where he may exchange his Goldfinger gem assets for commission for his Zurich account deposit before heading to his private hotel suite for an online chat with F-IRA leaders about blood-diamond reports.

BELGIAN POLICE: We're on the trail of the specter-strange 'media-light' on Goldfinger on Friday the 13th in Brussels now.

When Amlan gets to his private hotel suite in Brussels, he decides to watch some new stories about blood-diamond developments in Holland on BBC.

STORM-SHADOW: This hotel room is great, and I wish my wife was here to celebrate a 'lucky' Friday the 13th for Halloween.

BELGIUM GAZETTE: Ironically, this Friday the 13th Halloween season in Brussels will see a great tennis match in Belgium too!

Amlan takes his wife to that tennis-match in the Halloween season, between Justine Henin and Maria Sharapova and watches Henin pull of a great win and takes some iPhone photos to simply forget about blood-diamond worries in this indoor-dome arena sports competition in Belgium.
