Brussels is an alternative city of blood-diamond traffic and the FYRA-train is going to be carrying smuggled blood-diamonds owned by a pirate-baron named Goldfinger.

The FYRA-train will transport $20M worth of Goldfinger's blood-diamonds in a winter ride from Brussels to Amsterdam.

Amlan Satan (code-name: Storm-Shadow) is a guerrilla-intelligence agent with Interpol-relations working with the new group known loosely as the 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' (FIRA) to lift Goldfinger's blood-diamonds which will eventually go to economically-challenged Belfast (Northern Ireland).

Since blood-diamond piracy in Belfast will threaten new age socioeconomics improvements work with Parliament regarding overground commerce and diamond-capitalism, Storm-Shadow will take the FYRA Brussels-Amsterdam train and steal Goldfinger's piracy-gems which will be kept in a booth safe-box.

Storm-Shadow presents himself to the conductor and manager as a costumed-and-masked maudlin-media Interpol-relations agent wielding a toy water-gun filled with acid made from individual harmless chemicals in the train bathroom. He intends to burn through Goldfinger's safe-box and switch his blood-diamonds with toy diamonds for a press-released about train-moved diamonds requiring extra monitors during new blood-diamond highways in Europe.

Storm-Shadow gets off the FYRA Brusself-Amsterdam train with the $20M Goldfinger gems and transfers them to a Holland Interpol-station for Swiss asset-transfer for future FIRA work with Sinn Fein and UK Parliament talks regarding legitimized overground commercial improvements to Belfast economy.
