Bucharest (Romania) is an interesting city in Europe, and it's the home of some modern corrupt blood-diamond (warlord-mined gems from Africa/Europe used to finance underworld crime-syndicates!) piracy traffic stretching into already-troubled Belfast (Northern Ireland).

Amlan Satan (code-name: Storm-Shadow) is a blood-diamond infiltration-agent with Interpol-relations working in the United Kingdom (Northern Ireland) to hijack blood-diamond smugglers-traffic stretching from Bucharest to Belfast, to ensure overground commercial activity more conducive to peaceful socioeconomic reforms talk between Sinn Fein and Parliament catering to the Irish-Catholic minority population living there since the original partition of mainland Catholic Ireland (capital: Dublin) in the 20th Century. Satan (Storm-Shadow) is planning a blood-diamond heist of the Euro-baron Goldfinger who's storing his pirate-gems in a Bucharest (Romania) bank to be transported into Belfast for underworld pirate-syndicates.

SATAN (Storm-Shadow): I'll take an Aer Lingus flight from Dublin to Bucharest and begin planning this mission in Romania!

Now, we all know Storm-Shadow is the co-captain of the world-group known as the 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' (FIRA or F-IRA), which intercepts blood-diamond crime-traffic challenging the Irish-Catholic minority socioeconomics/employment reform talks with Parliament involving Sinn Fein. This group is something Satan wants to represent during this Bucharest mission for Interpol-relations to reduce crimes in Northern Ireland (United Kingdom) threatening normal/marketable commerce-bridges between Dublin-Belfast.

STORM-SHADOW (Satan): I'll be walking into the Bucharest bank claiming I'm a 'circus-associate' of Goldfinger, seeking photos.

Storm-Shadow stakes-out the impressive Bucharest (Romania) bank ahead of the heist-day. He notices the securities and traffic patterns and realizes that the bank's signature securities reflect its infrastructural investments in protecting the blood-diamond safe-box of Baron Goldfinger, though the bank personnel really don't know much about the dark baron's tidings regarding piracy bridges to Northern Ireland (United Kingdom). This bank is really impressive, Satan admits!

SATAN: Before the heist, I shall enjoy a screening of the new relevant Western film Blood Diamond (Leo DiCaprio).

Storm-Shadow presents himself as the 'circus-associate' of Goldfinger to the bank manager, explaining he's doing street-art shows about safe-box photos linked to various illustrious European barons and wants photos of this Bucharest bank's safe-box and even shows his street-theater pop toy water-rifle (which is actually filled with corrosive acid!). The inside of the Bucharest bank is handsome indeed, and Storm-Shadow is told he'll have to wait until he's escorted inside the safe-box area with a single guardsman who wields a special handgun.

SATAN (Storm-Shadow): My toy theater-prop water-gun is actually filled with hot acid, good man.

GUARDSMAN: What the hell is this all about, Mr. Satan?
SATAN: This is a blood-diamond heist of Goldfinger's Bucharest safe-box for Interpol-relations, good man.

GUARDSMAN: What's my role here, sir?

SATAN: Just stand in front of the security-camera while I burn a hole into the safe-box and take the blood-diamonds.

GUARDSMAN: I suppose you'll be 'swapping' Goldfinger's 'blood-diamonds' with media-gestured toy gems after the burn!

SATAN: You've guessed wisely, good man, but you must keep secret while I exit the bank and remain in this area.
GUARDSMAN: What choice do I really have, man?

Storm-Shadow makes off with Goldfinger's $20M blood-diamonds from the Bucharest bank that day and transfers the piracy-gems through an Interpol-relations station after hopping onto the Romanian metro-train and transfers his own private commission into a Swiss account online before heading for his hotel.

STORM-SHADOW: The Bucharest metro-map is detailed, and I make the key strategic stops for transfers to avoid tracking.

Two Romanian policewoman, Elka and Katherine, are assigned to this very bizarre case involving an apparent Interpol-relations media spotlight shined on Baron Goldfinger's potential underworld ties, which the dark baron of course has to deny in the press/media. Elka/Katherine are sure this 'Storm-Shadow' was some kind of foreign 'guerrilla' tied to some Northern Ireland (United Kingdom) crime-cleaning unit resolved to block blood-diamond piracy in the United Kingdom.
