Tinseltown/Hollywood (California/USA) is the place of dreams and stars. It's also the place where he find a strange tale about blood-diamonds (terrorism-financing gems from Africa/Europe), a corrupt media-baron, a troop of unusual modern day real life Hollywood heroes/cops, including Amlan Satan, a shrewd and calculating new school cop. Tinseltown is a place of great dreams. Follow along in this story about a very 'confidential' scandal!

AMLAN SATAN: I joined the Hollywood police-force for a singular reason --- I believe in law-enforcement celebration.

A new film about blood-diamond traffic is released that year and is all the rage in Tinseltown, but Officer Amlan Satan and his associates in the Hollywood (California) police-station believe there's some real underworld activity going on in modern Tinseltown regarding a corrupt baron's investment in these foreign terrorism-financing gems from hell.

One night, Amlan Satan and his co-cops in Hollywood, Officer White and Officer Vincent, investigate reports of some diamond-heist related street-gang violence requiring a mass arrest of hoodlums which culminates into some unsavory engagements between racist cops at the Hollywood police-station and these ethnic minority street-criminals. Amlan Satan, ever-so shrewd, almost like a calculating politician, begins to weave his signature 'spin-city' fable for the press to veil this obvious emerging blood-diamond traffic related wave.

INTERPOL (Europe): Blood-diamond corruption today threatens the entire world diamond-exchange!

Officer Amlan Satan's in the court trial involving the street-gang and ensuing prison-house brawl between the racist Hollywood cops and the ethnic criminals. He doodles a cop-car drawing by a cafe visited by wealthy Latinos in Hollywood.

OFFICER AMLAN SATAN: We can spin this in our favor; we'll tell the press our Hollywood cops are drenched in blood-diamonds.

POLICE CHIEF: You're a real lawyer, Satan; I grumble to admit your necessary values; inspect the Blood-Diamond movie set!

Officers Satan, White, and Vincent among the rest of the new team of Hollywood cops were sworn in to the station just one year ago, and Satan's spin-city press-story about modern cops 'drenched' in blood-diamond intrigue may become really true in Tinseltown!

OFFICER SATAN: I think our police-force represents the very-best of modern thinking.

OFFICER WHITE: I just want to find that evil blood-diamond baron and beat out some confession.

OFFICER VINENT: Be careful; it may be the case this baron's tied to politics.

OFFICER SATAN: We're an elite trio; we need not be afraid of the Boogeyman.

Meanwhile, Officer White has been courting a secret/private love-affair with a new Hollywood starlet whom he visits regularly to offer some paid house security services. She's now linked to the blood-diamond baron and is trying to confide in Officer White who's both brooding and tough, and he senses he needs to do something miraculous to save her from this hell.

OFFICER SATAN: We can't let personal emotions in Tinseltown 'sully' our blood-diamond investigations.

POLICE CHIEF: Officer Satan, you may be the 'new school' in Tinseltown-policing, but there're cops here who savor the old.

Regardless of the hatred incurred by Officer Amlan Satan, whose calculating tactics represent the intelligence-shrewdness of modern Hollywood policing, Satan's hot on the trail of the evil Baron Ion, linked to some blood-diamond terrorism-highways leading to Tinseltown. This guy's also behind a new wave of prostitution killings, linked to under-labor movie-crew recruiting, prostitution, and 'liquidation' of the expendables.

SATAN: You store your beautiful bloody diamonds in the Tinseltown bank, Baron Ion?

BARON: What's this inquiry to do with that new Blood-Diamond movie, officers?
OFFICER WHITE: We'll be looking into the major Hollywood bank where you're doing media-business.

Officer Vincent is found murdered. Satan and White are horrified. White interrogates his own Hollywood starlet girlfriend (Elsa) whom he earlier hoped to rescue but now wonders if is immersed in this murder-conspiracy of a beloved Hollywood cop. Meanwhile, Officer Amlan Satan stages a 'media-heist' of Baron Ion's bloody diamonds from the Tinseltown bank.

SATAN/THESPIAN: I'm the Hollywood thief 'Thespian' and seek Baron Ion's blood-diamonds with my acid-gun this AM.

Officer Satan switches Baron Ion's blood-diamonds with real diamonds taken from police chests and burns a hole in his safe-box with his acid-gun to do so and tells the media, "Ask the evil Baron to inspect his own diamonds to see if they're...valuable." Baron Ion's frightened now!

Officer Vincent, now murdered, showed Officer Amlan Satan a drawing of a Christmas-prank fairy/specter called "Evil Elf" which Vincent always kept in his pocket to remind him of the spirituality intact despite the reality behind modern gargoyles getting away with murder, even during Christmastime. It's the police chief at the Hollywood station who shows Officer Satan this doodle-drawing, the very-same one(!), when he tells Satan, "We found this at the murder scene of Officer Vincent, and one of the assailants may've dropped it, and I picked it up...do you want to investigate, Satan?"

SATAN: The police-chief is connected to Baron Ion and Vincent slipped him the "Evil Elf" drawing to lead us to this!
WHITE: Vincent died for a natural cause then.

SATAN: You're a real heroic type, you know, White?

WHITE: I guess that makes us good-cop/bad-cop now, eh, Satan?

SATAN: Let's investigate the prostitution-deaths at the cemetery linked to celebrities who know Baron Ion.

WHITE: Los Angeles Confidential, right.

After some serious rounds of investigation/inquiry and police shootouts with scant street-criminals linked to blood-diamonds and Baron Ion, Officers Satan (the shrewd) and White (the valiant) arrest the corrupted police chief and crackdown on the city-wide blood-diamond hellmouth created by the evil Baron Ion. This was a modern tale with sadly...dark proportions. Only is such a fable possible in America...in Tinseltown. It's Los Angeles Confidential.
