Amlan Satan, an Algerian-American diamond-thief, was in Amsterdam (Netherlands) planning a heist of the blue-sapphire diamond named Vanderbilt, owned by the corrupt Euro-baron Goldfinger, who's immersed in blood-diamond traffic linked to terrorism financing in North America. Amlan Satan, known as the 'Shadow' in the underworld, is rumored to be a real nerdist of diamond capitalism and has Interpol-relations.

AMLAN SATAN: I love the Netherlands and consider Amsterdam one of the finest Euro-cities today.

Amlan Satan (aka, 'Shadow') walked into a very prestigious jewelry-store in Amsterdam in which the blue-sapphire diamond Vanderbilt was being showcased, owned by Baron Goldfinger.

SHADOW: I'll walk in and claim I'm an associate of Goldfinger and desire to take photos of the Vanderbilt sapphire.

While taking the photos of the Vanderbilt sapphire belonging to Goldfinger, Shadow, dressed and disguised as a Saudi investor, pulled out a toy plastic water-gun, fitted with an internal glass-tube containing corrosive acid. He explained to the jewelry store manager in Amsterdam that he intended to spray the Vanderbilt with acid lest he be allowed to hold it in his hands. The manager, shocked, had no choice, and while Shadow made the manager and store personnel and customers inside laugh while he juggled the Vanderbilt and made loud jokes about Goldfinger, he switched the blue-sapphire with a fake replica hidden in his jacket lining. All of this was possible because of Shadow's special toy 'acid-gun' theatrics, and he left telling the jewelry store manager in Amsterdam, "Someday Baron Goldfinger will be exposed as a Euro-dacoit."

AMSTERDAM HERALD: The Vanderbilt belonging to Goldfinger is estimated to be worth over $10 million!

Shadow (Amlan Satan) then swapped the Vanderbilt in the underground through Interpol-relations for assets in his new private Swiss account and then enjoyed an iconic Netherlands national soccer game in Amsterdam. This is classic Dutch entertainment, folks.

Shadow then high-tailed it to the Schiphol airport in Amsterdam and prepared to board a KLM flight from Amsterdam to New York. He's still disguised as a Saudi investor.

AMLAN SATAN ('Shadow'): The Schiphol Airport is arguably one of the best in all of Europe, offering great amenity.

It's true, folks. Schiphol Airport really is a first-rate institution in Europe today, and it's no wonder that barons like Goldfinger call the Netherlands a special haven! In fact, one could spend just about an entire day in Schiphol.

AMLAN SATAN: The Royal Dutch Airlines staff and airport crew are simply superior, man!

It's true. The KLM flight-crew is considered reliable and well-trained, which is why the Euro-airline company has been likened to some of the best companies out there today, including British Airways and Alitalia.

Shadow had a special business-class ticket on this funny 'escape-flight' from Amsterdam to New York (JFK) on KLM. The flight was just right. There was no bad weather regardless.

SHADOW: I wonder how these stewardesses are recruited and if they know just how convenient air-travel is in Europe.

Shadow's so pleased with his KLM-escape flight that he decided to order some special Dutch wine during the air-experience. He got pretty drunk, which was fine, since the food upcoming was pretty delicious. All the while, he's confident since he's already transferred the relevant Interpol-relations funds from Amsterdam to Switzerland regarding Vanderbilt dialogue.

SHADOW: There's nothing finer under heaven than a comforting meal on this flight, with some white wine.

When Amlan Satan ('Shadow') landed in NY/JFK, he checked into a Courtyard Marriott hotel and opened his newly-purchased specially-ordered foreign (Dutch!) wine to drink in his room and watch the movie Airport.
