Riggs Robbery: Wagner/Biel?A Story by Abishai100Two Algerian thieves attempt to rob Riggs Bank during a celebrity event in D.C. involving Georgetown and NC State.
One last heist tale, inspired by the fun film Dollar$ (Warren Beatty, Goldie Hawn). Thanks,

==== Isaac Satan, an Aglerian-American and thief, buddied up with his pal from Algeria to plan a terrific heist of the Riggs Bank in Washington (D.C.) in the summer of 2022. Isaac and his Algerian buddy Amlan called themselves the Point Break Team (PBT). Their goal was to procure $15 million worth in gold bars from the Riggs Bank. Isaac began planning like a nerd. He was pensive. Amlan and Isaac went to school in Algeria together before Isaac moved to the USA to become a radical journalist. Amlan decided to visit his friend in America and then coordinating the perfect bank robbery in D.C. in the summer of 2022. Amlan and Isaac were similar in personality, though Isaac was more nerdy. Amlan was more the experimental type. Nevertheless, Amlan was equally analytical. ISAAC: Let's use water-guns to do the robbery. AMLAN: That's practical; if we fill the guns with corrosive acid. ISAAC: We'll need a protective inner-tube lining to fill it with acid! AMLAN: Right. The two Algerian bandits decided to wear rabbit masks for the Riggs Bank robbery, since rabbits reminded the two young thieves of the splendor of natural imagination! RIGGS BANK MANAGER: "We're a proud institution with a long history, and we're inviting celebrities this summer." Because D.C. was home to the Georgetown University Hoyas men's college basketball team, the area would see some of the college athletes practicing in the gym that summer, perhaps alongside some visiting rival team, perhaps a team from NC State to train alongside them. This would add some D.C. intrigue to the area for the bank robbery for Isaac and Amlan, the rabbit-men. The Hoyas of Georgetown and NC State wolf-pack had after all engaged in a long rivalry and boasted two iconic coaches, Thompson and Calipari. They might indeed practice together in an indoor gym in D.C. that summer! A Hallmark Christmas movie actress and TV personality and celebrity named Jill Wagner decided to visit the Georgetown campus that summer to watch the NC State practice-team compete in an exhibition contest with the Hoyas. Wagner was the relative of iconic superstar Robert Wagner (Towering Inferno) and attended NC State herself as a student. Wagner was considered both a luscious personality and a magazine-friendly model and ideal for college sports spokesmanship, which is why she'd be in DC during the Hoyas practice game. Another celebrity wanted to attend these summer games too --- Hollywood horror actress Jessica Biel. She'd attended Georgetown and wanted to cheer on the Hoyas, while Wagner would cheer on NC State. Biel wanted to see D.C. in the summer and celebrate some of the area's attractions. Jessica Biel was an equally appealing model-friendly media celebrity and would also therefore highlight the allure of the summer college practice game. This was therefore a 'magazine' summer in the D.C. area. ISAAC: The Riggs Bank is an immaculate building. AMLAN: The security is beyond strong. ISAAC: We'll have to be perfect, my brother! AMLAN: Of course. This is the toy-gun Isaac and Amlan, the rabbit-men, would use for the Riggs robbery of gold bars. They'd fill this Hasbro gun with corrosive acid after fitting it with a protective inner-lined tube capable of holding corrosive HCL acid securely, most likely a chem-lab glass tube. On the day of the robbery, the Riggs Bank invited the two celebrities Jill Wagner and Jessica Biel to do a media shoot about the bank's securities, since both Wagner and Biel were in town to cheer on the Hoyas and NC State practice-teams on the Georgetown campus in D.C. Isaac and Amlan read about this celebrity visit to the Riggs Bank in the papers prior to the robbery. As Wagner and Biel were inside talking to the cameras, Isaac and Amlan burst in wearing rabbit-masks and wielding their acid-guns. They grabbed Wagner and Biel and took them to the vault-room as hostages. They grabbed millions in gold bars from the vault and crawled out the bathroom window on the 1st floor after taking Wagner and Biel in the bathroom as hostages and leaving them there, albeit safely and unharmed! The Post declared this celebrity-visit Riggs robbery something worthy of a paranoia-themed American movie about the breaking of patience infrastructure points in the nation's capital. Meanwhile, Isaac and Amlan had fled the D.C. area in a Gold Cab with the gold and sold it in the black market for money they deposited securely in a Swiss account in Europe before boarding a plane to Tahiti. The rabbit-men had achieved a rather media-expositional modern-day urban heist and used various resources to orchestate their skilled escape! The Post suggested that the two female celebrities inside the Riggs Bank during the robbery were like new age 'fortune tellers' who reminded us why capital and fortunes were tenable because of the inventiveness of modern anti-infrastructural crimes. Nevertheless, they suggested that bank robbery such as this one was somehow eerily preferred to the macro-horrors of 9/11. Were they right? WASHINGTON OFFICER GERE: "I'm not impressed with these rabbit-bandits and disagree this is better than 9/11." Isaac and Amlan procured some counterfeit money to spend in Tahiti to cover their tracks en-route to retirement before spending their own fortunes to retire comfortably. They spent their retirement reading American journal articles and pieces about the 'dogma' of theft and bank robbery. ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) © 2020 Abishai100Reviews
