==== Eastern Regional High School had always boasted a nationally reputed girls' field-hockey team and a regionally celebrated boys' cross-country team. However, the Eastern Vikings football team was always unpredictable, sometimes boasting incredible nationally-celebrated teams such as the 1999 season team and sometimes confessing very struggling seasons. Well, this year, the Vikings football team was poised to win a state and perhaps even national title, and local sports writers were raving about post-Coronavirus local southern New Jersey high-school sports cheer for its well-liked public high-school. Eastern not only consistently sent numbers of students to the Ivy League but also great football talents to respected NCAAF programs including Penn State, Delaware, Duke, Notre Dame, and Boston College. This year, the Vikings were looking to send a group of seniors to a national title contending Penn State team looking to boost its senior lineup with star rookie freshman. On the Eastern football college signing press day, the Vikings claimed its senior stars would go far in the NCAA as well as perhaps in the NFL. VIKINGS FAN: "Everyone in Voorhees in this south Jersey area is a Vikings football fan; we love Vikings football and look to see the games on local television or perhaps even in some of the post-Coronavirus somewhat arguably scant bleachers which are nevertheless welcoming for high-school football." The Vikings cheerleaders were equally excited to show off their post-Coronavirus high-school football cheers for their team. VIKINGS COACH: "We just want our star high-school student athletes to shine on-and-off the field and in the gym." The Vikings soared through the season and through the state playoffs and reached the national level competition and were touted for their star juniors and seniors who made the Vikings resemble a really talented Miami Hurricanes NCAAF team from the 1990s. This was great high-school football and the coaches and parents and Eastern alumni followed the team in the press and on local television. The Vikings wanted to get all the way to the game that would square them off against their main New Jersey and Tri-State rivals. VIKINGS STAR: "We've got a great talented squad, and everyone wants to get to a great college or to a professional football team and stand out, but we want to see the Vikings excel at the high-school level this year and take down our rivals." While the post-Coronavirus games featured very few fans in the scant bleachers, the team games were nevertheless exciting and broadcast on local high-school television thanks to the generous endorsements offered to Eastern media resources and faculty and personnel. Eastern was known for its investments in media and technologies and would help the Vikings receive great fanfare during the post-Coronavirus season(s). Who was this unnamed as of yet star rival of the much-celebrated Eastern Vikings football team? It was the Timber Creek High-School team which boasted an incredible senior quarterback slated to play for the University of Florida's national title winning Gators team. The Vikings defense would have to muster all its defenses to defend itself against the well-greased offense the Timber Creek QB was poised to orchestrate during their anticipated game. VIKINGS FAN: "We did it! The Vikings defeated Timber Creek by an agonizing score of 29-27, and we did it thanks to our stars and fans and cheers. There was no stopping the Eastern Vikings this post-Coronavirus season!" Get involved in local high-school sports cheering and fanfare through modern media in these Coronavirus/post-Coronavirus years, because all American towns appreciate the flavor or organized dreams. ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) © 2020 Abishai100 |
