Kapil/Gavaskar/Imran: Cricket Day

Kapil/Gavaskar/Imran: Cricket Day

A Story by Abishai100

Ajay Satan is a blogger who makes a tri-celebrity cricket sports diorama online which creates much Coronavirus-time social daylight!

"
I decided to quickly return from retirement to offer my good friends on WritersCafe this special inspirational diorama about the delightful sport of cricket, spotlighting the three cricket superstars Kapil Dev (Indian bowler/pitcher), Sunil Gavaskar (Indian batsman), and Imran Khan (Pakistani bowler/pitcher). Nations including India, West Indies, England, New Zealand, etc. have made cricket a thing of great international and social flair, making the sport representative of timeless human interests in etiquette and customs-driven peaceful relations between countries. That's why this diorama vignette about cricket reflects this late-stage Coronavirus prayer-period.
I hope you all are enjoying the reopening of sports in America (e.g., US Open tennis!). Thanks for reading (and God bless),

Ajay Satan, an Algerian-American was doing a special series of dioramas on the wonderful game of Cricket, which had become popular not in the USA but among other nations including England, India, and Australia. Ajay was turned onto the game after watching on international TV and enjoying classic games involving popular cricket-countries such as the West Indies, India, and England. He became a huge fan of the Indian cricket star-batsman Sunil Gavaskar and decided to do a special diorama comparison between Gavaskar and two other iconic giants, Indian bowler Kapil Dev and Pakistani bowler Imran Khan. Ajay Satan therefore was something of a modern-day cricket fanfare diorama/diarist and casted himself as an eccentric media diplomat.

It was the last late season of the great Coronavirus tribulation, and sports stadiums were reopening and championships and games and tournaments were being played again, despite playing in empty arenas with albeit suited professional popular athletes in otherwise televised sports. Ajay Satan wanted to make this special tri-celebrity cricket diorama involving Kapil Dev (India), Sunil Gavaskar (India), and Imran Khan (Pakistan) to talk about the progression of international customs in the wonderful arena of sports and how they reflected global consciousness during the Coronavirus tribulation which inspired all kinds of survival-celebration art.

UK Princess Kate Middleton noticed Ajay Satan's wonderful cricket sports dioramas involving the tri-celebrity group Kapil/Gavaskar/Imran and wanted to cast herself as an advocate and supporter of Satan's work in media and online and presented herself as a pedestrian fan, using an identity-masking Internet alias named Elektra (Marvel Comics). Kate Middleton herself was a huge fan of the Indian cricket bowler-star Kapil Dev (India) and was intrigued by Ajay Satan's Kapil/Gavaskar/Imran tripod of cricket stardom. She was a fan of watching the great Indian bowler Kapil Dev compete against England in classic bygone era cricket games before the age of Internet and Coronavirus. She therefore became a royalty follower of Satan's tri-celebrity cricket media dance!

Now, cricket is a classic and classy game involving two teams taking turns fielding and bowling or batting. Some nations boast incredible batsmen such as Sunil Gavaskar (India), while others boast incredible bowlers such as Imran Khan (Pakistan), but India boasted both with the star-bowler Kapil Dev. Therefore, Ajay Satan wanted to use this tri-celebrity Kapil/Gavaskar/Imran cricket diorama to address how sports etiquette enhanced the international customs between otherwise politically conflicting or contrasting nations such as Muslim Pakistan and Hindu India.

Now, cricket involves getting equipped and geared to bowl or pitch or throw the ball towards the batsman and attempt to strike him out and defeated by throwing the ball past the batsman and knocking down the three wooden sticks standing right behind his posture, sticks called a wicket. If the batsman defends the wicket behind him and hits the ball and launches it to far distance, he can score points for his team and nation. Gavaskar (India) was the supreme batsman with this tricky skill. However, he was challenged by Pakistan's star-bowler Imran Khan and complemented by India's star-bowler Kapil Dev. Cricket is a sport of great elegance and poetry and the gear reflects this. Ajay Satan captured all this ornamentation in his sports diorama!

KAPIL DEV: A hotshot upstart Haryana bowler for India, he changed the way fans thought about electricity and energy during cricket games and arguably ushered in the more freelance and liberal era of competitive national cricket, which is why many consider him the iconic and symbolic national bowler and cricket-star of cinematic proportions and great literary thrill.

SUNIL GAVASKAR: Arguably the Babe Ruth of cricket, Gavaskar made fans rave at his wondrous ability to pour in runs and points by skillfully defending the wicket sticks behind him and launching the ball with his bat to offer his Indian national team great glories, and kids simply loved to watch him on television.

IMRAN KHAN: This handsome and celebrity-ornamented star-bowler for Pakistan offered India competitive cricket matches during the great era of rivalry between India and Pakistan in cricket, and then Khan decided to augment his life career with various non-cricket activities involving India-Pakistan dialogue and even politics.

In the end, Imran Khan, star-bowler of Pakistan, had the greatest long-term legacy on the prestige and esteem and reputation of the sport of cricket, since he celebrated a post-sports career in photos and magazines and news-television about life and politics in Asia as they were relevant to modern European politics and globalization. Khan boasted a beautiful family and a bright attitude towards life after cricket. Ajay Satan wanted to represent this feature of this celebrity tripod in his tri-star diorama!

Two iconic old-era movie-stars noticed Satan's special Kapil/Gavaskar/Khan cricket diorama and cheered it on and wanted to advocate it as much as UK Princess Kate Middleton. They too commented on Ajay Satan's dioramic blog online using identity-masking aliases, making Satan's cricket diorama a thing of great social energy! This was modern media at its best, since it combined pedestrian fanfare and social consciousness about sports contributing to peace attitudes and imagination during the latter stages of the Coronavirus tribulation. Media was creating daylight in a time of utter descriptive darkness!

SATAN: I love Gavaskar the most, but this cricket diorama fills me with universal cheer!
GOD: May cricket endow humanity with peace the way the Olympics has in the past.
