Hector HammondA Story by Abishai100An unusual band of daredevils attempts to outdo a modern-day mad genius named Hector Hammond by robbing him of some of his special dystopian trophies!
Here's a fun and descriptive capitalism-vignette about the symbolic value of modern piracy in our consumerism focused Earth, and it's inspired by the film Diamonds Are Forever. Thanks so much for reading (signing off),
==== Hector Hammond, a mad genius tied to CalTech, the prestigious and celebrated American sci-tech university in California, was creating an elaborate new Silicon Valley using diamond technology and special materials from the Middle East. You see, Hector had a special capitalism contract with Saudi Arabia and was tied to the Arabian prince. Hector now controlled roughly 20% of the world's underground assets. He intended to use these assets to finance various radical anti-American groups. No one knew Hector, who was deformed from a toxic-waste accident when he was young, was plotting to become a modern mastermind and real pirate. Hector lived in an unholy futuristic mansion in California with his mistress Aqua. Together, they ruled over the dominion of the underground Hector made serious imaginative advances in with carefully-placed strategic initiatives designed to aggrandize his power and prestige in the underworld. Hector's mansion was a true gem and was called Dartmouth for its special attention to the 'arrows' of precise design and luxury, almost as if each niche in the monument was a 'dart' for pure euphoria. This was real modern-day piracy. Hector kept in his mansion-palace the Dartmouth a special treasure-chest room filled with ornate glass furniture, objects, and sculptures made entirely out of diamonds! This treasure-room was filled with very unusual pieces and items of diamond value and unusual splendor. Hector considered this 'diamond room' a special symbol of capitalism power and prodigious action, and he had it guarded by computerized lasers. He was a real shrewd capitalist, this guy, a real Devil. Hector even commissioned a modern artist named Tom Cruise to render him special lavish portraits of modernized Lamborghini sports-cars, which he kept throughout his ornate mansion-palace the Dartmouth. These Lamborghini artworks reflected Hector's special love of fortune and design and the thrill of exploiting global capitalism for the sake of the 'aesthetics' of nouveau piracy. Hector considered this car-art a special trophy. Hector also commissioned Tom Cruise to create a series of special glittering paintings of his celebrated mistress Aqua. These special artworks equally reflected Hector's general love of fortune and adventure and the bravado of capitalism piracy. Aqua was his prize and gem, and Hector's artworks about Aqua in his mansion-palace the Dartmouth represented his sole love of the joy of piracy. Aqua had been investing in the Irish airline company Aer Lingus. She'd invested using Hector's special gift-money and used her shares to purchase some tickets to liberally fly around the world on the airplanes when Hector wasn't home with her in California! Aqua took a special flight on Aer Lingus to New Zealand in the summer of 2020 on which she met an interesting trio of pseudo-lunatics. The three unusual 'characters' Aqua met on that special Aer Lingus flight from the USA to New Zealand called themselves the Green Team ('GT'). The GT was devoted to the valuation of gems and diamonds around the world for a special series of online pirate comic books about the allure of underground treasures. Aqua immediately recognized the raw genius of the GT and asked they visit the mansion-palace of her husband Hector Hammond, the CalTech genius, to evaluate the pricing of his immaculate underground diamond collection. The GT accepted the invitation and prepared to see what Hector had to boast at the Dartmouth. The GT visited Aqua at Hector's mansion-palace the Dartmouth in August of 2020, while Hector was temporarily away on a trip to UCSD for a special Silicon Valley presentation involving OPEC representatives and Microsoft executives. Hector asked Aqua to uniquely tend to his mansion-palace and see to it that the GT had the resources necessary to valuate his diamond collection. The GT arrived on time and greeted Aqua but then proceeded to sedate her with an alcoholic intoxicant before masking themselves to roam around Hector's mansion-palace (the Dartmouth) looking for his diamonds and treasures. You see, the GT was comprised of two guys and a girl who were former employees of MIT which was a rival-school of CalTech. They intended to loot the evil Hector Hammond of some of his treasures for some underground media exploitation to prevent the modern pirate from using CalTech as a base for creating underworld ties to the Middle East. The GT was tied to the IRA sympathizer groups in the USA working to undermine some chemical weapons silos in Iran for the benefit of more peaceful governance dialogue regarding modern warfare in Europe. The GT was therefore scouring Hector's Dartmouth for clues to the 'timepieces' of the mad genius's designed pirate world! The GT found Hector's diamond treasures and decided to break them up into very movable portions and quanta and transported them by lining the diamonds in the seams of their jackets and in the soles of their shoes! The GT then walked out of Hector's mansion-palace with over $40 million worth in diamonds in their possession between the three of them. These were pure diamonds, so the GT knew they'd be able to barter them in the black market and steal back resources in the favor of MIT after losing some valuable links to CalTech thanks to Hector's creative and maddening piracy. Two months later, the GT sent an anonymous mail-package to the Dartmouth for Hector in which they included an ornate painting of a movie-poster rendition of the Michael Mann heist-masterpiece Thief (starring James Caan and Tuesday Weld!). This movie-poster symbolized the GT's defiance of Hector Hammond's schemes to use capitalism to create modern piracy consciousness, which infuriated the diabolical Hector. Nevertheless, Hector was oddly amused, since he happened to be a destiny fan of Michael Mann! GT: We will not stand for the overbearing piracy of the mad genius Hector Hammond. We intend to prove this modern real-life pirate is some kind of messenger of the frailty of capitalism and hopefully detangle some underworld ties he's created between America and anti-capitalism groups in Iran. We hope CalTech will emerge from this unusual drama as a surprising institutional 'witness' of the pure design of Hector Hammond! ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes)
