Bohemian Trial: A Doomsday Song

A strange trial in Europe leads to all kinds of social progress in modern civilization!

Oh darn, I forgot to include a short-story about something that has been important to me ever since I was young, and I was inspired to start thinking about this 'subject' ever since I saw the excellent film Judgment at Nuremberg.

There was a new trial involving the execution of accused heretics in Europe and it involved a paradigm of filing suits based on clear claims of betrayal and deception, but did the punishment fit the crimes? The executions were performed in public and in unambiguous execution-like manner, prompting a human rights trial of epic proportions arguably not seen since the days of Nuremberg!

The trial involved radical bohemians claiming that they were invading the homes of evil diamond traders in Europe and decapitating them in the name of God. The bohemians (who were executed by a police-force, now on trial!) claimed the people they decapitated, the unscrupulous diamond traders, were 'blaspheming' the beauty of nature and the splendor of God's gift of natural gems by selling/trading these mineral-gems which were not manmade!

During the trial, a terrific prosecutor of the police-force in Europe responsible for executing the radical bohemians who'd decapitated the 'unscrupulous' diamond traders, named Maximilian, argued that a diamond, technically, is derived from carbon, an organic compound quite similar structurally to another compound silicon, which is used to make computer chips. Maximilian claimed that the bohemians 'believed' that diamonds are so organic that they need not be treated as 'tradable items' but in fact, diamonds are no more 'unique' than the perfect lattice-like molecular structure of silicon compounds which are arguably as 'magical' since they're used to make microchips (quite complex!). Maximilian persuasively suggested that the radical bohemians responsible for decapitating the illegal diamond traders in Europe were simply 'misinformed crusaders' who were ignorant of basic chemistry and did not deserve public humiliating execution.

The trial got so much press and media attention that a celebrity party was thrown in Europe, a masquerade/costume party in which all the attendants wore Nazi-era uniforms! During this party, the guests, actors/actresses such as Diane Kruger and Michael Fassbender and Sheryl Crow and George Clooney, were debating about the clever lawyer Maximilian and his citation of diamonds as 'structurally similar' to silicon compounds as a tactic to reveal the 'pardonable insanity' of the humiliatingly executed radical bohemians. During this celebrity costume party, these guests recounted the film Judgment at Nuremberg and wondered if modern-day legal procedures were somehow 'too contrary.'

Then, one of the attractive celebrity guests at this costume party in Europe, actress Diane Kruger, posed for a special Vogue magazine featurette about modern-day thespians getting immersed in the world of 'cosmopolitan aesthetics' and 'morality intellectualism.' Would this trial of the humiliatingly executed radical bohemians prove to be a monument to civilization dialogue?

A relative of one of the executed bohemians, an Algerian-American named Ajay Satan, living in the United States, texted a photo of the Italian-American Hollywood actor Leo DiCaprio to the White House text/email address, claiming that the world needed to know of the value of media figures (and celebrities!) drawing attention to modern-day human rights issues and concerns. Ajay was then invited to the White House.

Apparently, Ajay Satan was an excellent soccer player. He played in a youth league in New Jersey where he stood out and helped his underdog team in the champions tournament, drawing outstanding and shocking victories over the #4 and #3 teams and almost beating the #2 team with a powerful midfielder-drive late in the game. Ajay's team started in the tournament ranked a lowly #8. Ajay also played recreationally in college where he once again stood out as a skillful shooter and playmaker in surprising scenarios, earning the friend-network nickname 'the Wizard.' Ajay wanted to use his soccer skill to advertise to the White House press that bohemians living in America could nicely contribute to society with various skills and gifts and achievements!

Ajay was 'elected' to become a young American diplomat at a special United Nations civilian/student conference about the illegal diamond trade in Africa and how it led to all kinds of political corruption related deaths and disappearances! The controversy was even the subject of a major film called Blood Diamond (Leo DiCaprio)! Suddenly, the 'tentacles' of social work Ajay was conducting were creating all kinds of 'investigative branches' to the trial/case involving the humiliatingly executed radical bohemians in Europe! This was great modern human/social drama.

Ajay Satan decided to start making Internet blogs about the spiritual value of celebrating colored fake rubber plants as symbols of a new age political interest in eco-conservationism. He wrote, "Bohemians and gypsies were murdered during the Holocaust, and we must remember how the mistakes of the past inform our erudition towards social policy and active justice."

Ajay's work along with the diamond-structure-silicon argument used by the excellent lawyer Maximilian who defended the humiliatingly executed radical bohemians in Europe led to all kinds of legal studies and even scientific studies about the 'structure' and formalism of elemental analysis. This was a great achievement for humanity.

Maximilian was right about carbon/diamond structure and silicon parallels and how we as a species can use science to curb our instincts to seek out 'untampered justice.' For if we're to be pardoned for our indiscreet rage, we must take care not to excessively punish others (such as the radical ignorant bohemians who killed the 'greedy' and albeit illegal diamond traders in Europe) whose rage may equally be 'child-like.'

Ajay Satan began making Internet blogs about today's fashion supermodels evaluated alongside complex graphs, charts, and statistics about trends in social ostracism and excommunication and killings and how the human tendency to use vanity as an 'excuse' to politically justify the alienation/isolation of others reveals the basic flaw of human marketing! Ajay won the Nobel Prize!

The landmark case involving the executed bohemians therefore served as another stepping-stone in the development of network-relations in advancing civilization! Perhaps there would be a nice film made about the consequences of speculative risks.
