Raiden & Kitana (Mortal Kombat Fan-Fiction)

Raiden and Kitana must become Mortal Kombat tournament governors in Outworld and start to develop feelings for each other while managing supreme forms of prestige!

"
I've always been a big fan of the Mortal Kombat video-game franchise, which is a fantastic and graphic modern combat aesthetics oriented game featuring numerous colorful avatars which youngsters enjoy deifying(!). This is a Mortal Kombat imaginarium fan-fiction about the two like-minded warrior-avatars Raiden (master of lightning) and Kitana (warrior-princess) taking on an awesome responsibility in their 'Outworld' and becoming sentimental.

====

Raiden had completed the ultimate Outworld Champion's Tournament of martial combat and had come out as the undenied victor! He used his incredible mastery over the forces and powers of electricity and lightning combined with his special skill with martial-arts and soaring to topple the best warriors who entered the grand tournament in Outworld. Raiden managed to defeat the likes of Kung Lao (a master assassin and decapitator!), Mileena (a wicked poisonous she-devil!), Xeno (a dragon-like humanoid!), and Smoke (a wily survivalist!). Now, Raiden was considered an ultimate vizier and consultant for future combats and regulations in Outworld. He was therefore introduced to the warrior-princess Kitana, a fan-blade wielding and quick-witted and resourceful pragmatist.

KITANA: Don't let this championship make you arrogant.
RAIDEN: I intend to use my power to create pure governance!
KITANA: Well, future combats in Outworld will need female advice.
RAIDEN: That's why they introduced us!

As Raiden and Kitana began managing the new generation of Outworld warriors and training the recruiting and fitness staff, they wondered if some of the archaic curses on the Mortal Kombat tournaments would affect the destiny of the new crop of fighters. Some of these new warriors included Sonya Rafe, a green beret from America, Texas, a chainsaw-wielding ogre, and Ken, a Chinese-star throwing acrobat. Raiden and Kitana spent much time together planning the new combat tournament formats and determining just who would be considered favorites and how these favorites would be catered to by the Mortal Kombat elders and wizards! As Raiden and Kitana spent more and more time together determining the silhouettes of the new generation of warriors/fighters, they ironically began falling in love.

KITANA: Your sense of detail is quite charming.
RAIDEN: I think you're being forward with me, but I'm charmed!
KITANA: You don't seem like the courtship type, Lord Raiden.
RAIDEN: Well, I humbly admit your beauty is rather...instructive.

The two Mortal Kombat 'gurus' (Raiden and Kitana) continued to serve as supreme guidance counselors and soon they earned the admiration of the Outworld and MK (Mortal Kombat) elders including Shiva, Goro, Shao Khan, Kotal Khan, Sindel, Morcheeba, and even Jesus. This was going to be a good omen for the future of Outworld, and when Raiden proposed marriage to Kitana, everyone realized that the course of these fantastic combat tourneys would no doubt result in the manifestation of a new brand of social cohesion in Outworld, one based more on intelligence rather than anarchic bravado. Everyone wondered after Raiden and Kitana wed whether or not the masterful Lord of Lightning (as many called him out of sheer respect!) would return to the fighting-arena to once again showcase his revolutionary combat skills.
