The world tries to track the elusive mastermind Dr. No, who may in fact be a media celebrity, so the CIA assigns a secret-agent to see if a certain media 'tycoon' might be Dr. No himself!

This is an espionage movie fan-fic inspired by the iconic James Bond film Dr. No, which kicked off the political-intelligence and spy-thriller stories-adapted cinematic franchise and led to the popularity of other spy-oriented franchises such as Mission: Impossible and Get Smart and The Saint!

Everyone wondered who was Dr. No. This diabolical modern mastermind had coordinated various terrorist and fascist schemes around the world an evaded detection by the CIA/NSA and other international security organizations! Dr. No was behind some of the managerial aspects of the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center, the hijacking of an Australian passenger train carrying the U.S. President on a diplomatic tour, and the corruption of online data in the Security Council of the United Nations. It turned out that Dr. No was, in fact, the Hollywood (USA) movie-star Leo DiCaprio whose work in culturally-symbolic films such as The Aviator and Gangs of New York made him a social icon and media guru of sorts! Leo was the head of the eco-activism group the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation. However, DiCaprio was using this media stage as a veil or cover for his double-identity as Dr. No, going so far as to use his salaries from his movie-acting skills to fund his personal eco-consciousness interests. Who would stop this diabolical modern mad genius?

Leo DiCaprio was hosting a special international social event at his temporary villa in Geneva (Switzerland). He wanted to invite various social luminaries and even political figures to this event which would see bridges formed between Hollywood (USA) and Bollywood (India). DiCaprio believed that since Bollywood and Hollywood had become the two giant 'mastheads' of modern media satellites for consumerism-entertainment, he would profit socially and even politically from this media diplomacy regarding the linking of these two international cinema 'towers' of imagination! Well, as it turned out, the CIA hired a special Bollywood infiltration agent, an Asian-Indian actor named Amlan Gangulee, to try to see if there were media 'leaks' responsible or connected to the inner-workings and schemes of Dr. No himself. Amlan had a sneaking suspicion that Dr. No was, in fact, Leo DiCaprio, since, after all, the Hollywood celebrity was using his media powers to create significant arms of influence in world culture in modern civilization! Amlan decided to attend Leo DiCaprio's special Bollywood-Hollywood society event in Geneva (Switzerland), since Amlan received an invitation. Amlan showed up at Leo's villa in Geneva in casual clothing an sunglasses and was immediately drawn to one of Leo's ex-girlfriends, Bar Rafaeli, who was attending the event. That's when Dr. No (Leo DiCaprio) noticed Amlan Gangulee!

While everyone was partying in Leo's villa main champagne-banquet room, Bar and Amlan sneaked away to one of the private hallways and began kissing amorously. Amlan confided in Bar and told her that he had a suspicion that Leo might be the elusive international criminal mastermind Dr. No, given all his media and society arms and branches and realms of modern influence. Bar told Amlan that she herself thought the same thing, especially after Leo told her about the secret giant 'gold room' in his Geneva villa. Amlan was startled and asked Bar about this secret 'gold room' and Bar's knowledge of it. Bar decided to show Amlan where the gold room was in the Geneva villa but that he'd have to find his own way to enter it and avoid the locks and laser-protected security system. Amlan told Bar to casually and discreetly return to Leo's party in the villa champagne-banquet room while he investigated further the 'eminence' of this secret gold room. After Bar departed from Amlan's side, Amlan proceeded to try to crack the securities of the gold room Bar showed him! Amlan carefully and stealthily pulled out his laser-evasive camouflage power hidden in his shoe-sole and provided to him by the CIA and skillfully tip-toed around the laser-security system and entered the giant gold room and took photos (of the awesome numerous gold bars!) and used his laser-heat pen (also provided to him by the CIA) to melt down 4 gold bars from the vault-room and shape them into sheets to hide in the soles of his shoes!

Amlan left the party and took the melted gold sheets from Leo's villa gold-vault room and showed the sheets to the CIA. This was conclusive proof that Leo DiCaprio had more resources, social/financial, than he let on to the general public! The CIA congratulated their Bollywood secret-agent Amlan Gangulee (code-name: 007) for procuring the gold-room photos and extracting gold from 4 bars from the room for security evidence. The CIA would use this strong evidence to pursue and track Hollywood celebrity and media-figure Leo DiCaprio as a strong suspect and likely identity of Dr. No himself! In fact, the CIA now assigned its secret Hollywood (USA) secret-agent, Tom Cruise (star of Minority Report and Mission: Impossible!), code-name: 006, to stakeout/track DiCaprio and fully determine if he was in fact Dr. No and if so what were possible bridges between DiCaprio's media-powers and Dr. No's anti-society schemes such as the destruction of tourist-sites in America (e.g., Seattle Space Needle). This was terrorism-counterintelligence of the highest order, but CIA agent 007 (Amlan Gangulee) was now enjoying needed vacation-time in Vienna (Austria) with DiCaprio's cool ex-girlfriend Bar Rafaeli. Dr. No was the last thing on 007's mind now...
