Skywalker's Romance

This is a Star Wars fan-fic about the heroic galactic Jedi knight Luke Skywalker mourning the death of his wife and tending to his children while meeting a beautiful Jedi woman named Rona.

Luke Skywalker had boasted an incredible life. He'd been recruited by the legendary galactic Jedi knight/master Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ben) who'd been one of the rare democracy-crusading space-Knights contending with the villainous Sith Empire which had nearly destroyed all the defending Jedi en-route to their power-ravenous rule. Luke was recruited by Ben Kenobi and was trained as a space-pilot and new Jedi to help the Rebellion usurp the fascist Sith Empire in the universe. Luke had helped the Jedi destroy the Sith's ambitious Death Star and then redeemed his spiritually fallen father, the then-cruel Lord Darth Vader of the Sith (who was once the legendary Jedi knight Anakin Skywalker).

Now that the Sith were subdued by the triumphant Jedi and democracy restored in the galaxy, Luke settled down as a celebrated Jedi-master and married and had two children and raised them as Jedi. Luke lived happily with his family until his wife died of malaria. Luke was now in mourning and continue to raise his children, now teenagers. Luke's children had grand dreams of becoming wise Jedis and serving the democratic Republic. Luke was living alone on the peaceful and lush green planet of Tibby after sending his children to the new Jedi Academy to be trained as future patriots. Luke became a happy fisherman on the green planet of Tibby. He was now 40 years-old.

Luke was fishing one Thursday morning on one of the riverbanks of Tibby when he caught sight of a beautiful woman carrying a Jedi light-saber in her belt, the customary laser-sword used by all Jedis. Luke noticed this beautiful Jedi woman kneel beside the riverbank to wash her hair. She hypnotized him, so he decided to walk over to her and introduce himself. He told the startled woman he was the famous Jedi knight/master Luke Skywalker and wanted to meet her and found her to be very beautiful. She said she was honored to meet him and that she too was a Jedi. She introduced herself as the Jedi princess Rona, and she told Luke she was passing through Tibby en-route to the planet Tamra where there were vestiges of Sith rebuilding their evil dominion.

Rona was on a Jedi mission to hunt down a new Sith Lord on the planet Tamra. This Sith Lord was Darth Ermac, and he was a sinister philosopher and warlord who kept prisoners as slaves and sent Sith warriors to hunt down Jedi while he was busy building a new Sith castle on planet Tamra. Lord Ermac was a vicious warlord who tortured anyone who defied him, sometimes using his blade-like fingertips (he wore a special fitted glove with attached sharpened knife-like steel tips!) to literally cut-and-peel the skin off his victims like an evil surgeon. Darth Ermac had become reputable and was considered by many Jedi to be as dangerous as some of the Sith in older times, during the dramatic days of the Jedi-Sith Wars/Rebellions. Rona told Luke Skywalker she was to try to assassinate Darth Ermac before Sith power magnified again...

Luke was very impressed with the beautiful Jedi warrior-woman/knight (and princess!) Rona. He was worried about what she'd told him about this new Sith presence commandeered by the apparently very evil Lord Darth Ermac. Luke didn't want Jedi Rona to have to fight/kill Ermac herself, and he wanted her to stay with him on the green planet Tibby. Rona was about 35 years-old and very beautiful, and Luke was falling in love with her, and this made him elated and helped him to start leaving behind the tragic memory of the loss of his wife to a devastating strain of malaria. Rona liked Luke Skywalker and agreed to stay with him for a while, but she couldn't promise she'd simply abandon her new Jedi mission to hunt down the evil Darth Ermac. Luke and Rona spent the entire together on the green planet Tibby. They were truly in love!

One year later, Jedi Rona told Luke she'd have to now leave planet Tibby and go fight the Sith and Ermac on planet Tamra. Luke told Rona she didn't want her to leave, but Darth Ermac was still not defeated by the various Jedi who'd tried to fight with him on planet Tamra, and Rona explained to Luke she was the best-qualified Jedi to tackle Darth Ermac. She was the most qualified to fight Ermac, because she could challenge Ermac's cat-like scratch tactics in fighting with her own agile light-saber use. Since the Jedi had failed to defeat Ermac during the year Rona spent with Luke, she'd have to travel to planet Tamra herself now to destroy the Sith Lord. Luke was disappointed and asked Jedi Rona to marry him before she left for her mission to challenge Lord Ermac.

Rona and Luke married one week later in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by Luke's friends on Tibby! Luke told his new wife that the happiness they shared helped him get over the traumatic memory of the loss of his first wife to malaria. Luke and Rona had a son together named Lao, and Luke promised he'd raise Lao to be a good patriot while Rona was busy defending the galaxy from any lingering undesirable presence of the villainous Sith. Luke bid Rona farewell and made her promise him she'd return for another visit after she'd fought Darth Ermac, and she did so! As Luke Skywalker anxiously awaited for the return of his new wife Rona, he prayed (for the sake of the patriotic Jedi!) that the unholy Lord Ermac was righteously erased from memory...
