When Primrose Everdeen was chosen as a tribute for the Games, her older sister, Katniss Everdeen, immediately volunteered as a tribute. Kastniss loves Prim and she would do anything for her, protect her.

It was Katniss who went to the capitol, who trained for the Games, who went into the arena and won, all just to protect Prim.

But what if it wasn't like that? What if Primrose was chosen, and no one was allowed to volunteer as a tribute? What if Prim had to go to the capitol, practice, go to the arena? What if it was the other way around? What if Prim went to the arena and was in the Games?
