My Mind, My Universe.A Poem by Abeer Tarek"God didn't create one universe, God created billions, one in each's mind, and people either choose to embrace it, or choose to destroy it. I wish we could see souls like we see eyes, I wish we could hear hearts like we hear voices, and I wish we could feel minds like we feel touches. It's hard to explain how blissful it is, how blissful love is, how blissful writing is, and how blissful the mind is. Sometimes I feel lonely, but then I wander, and I wonder, how shall we all be different unless each of us has their own universe, their own ocean and their own star. It amazes me, it amazes me how can completely different universes fall for each other, how can their souls be one, and how can their feelings collide. I wish it was easier to live but it's not, it's difficult indeed that's why it's very rare, very rare to live and very rare to love. It's funny how this entire universe can be satisfied with the tiniest of things, like a subtle smile from a lover, a moment of a rain's smell or a hug to bring back your soul. When I close my eyes I see secrets, secrets that fill up my being, secrets I wish I could tell a friend, a soul mate or even a stranger. My universe is vast, dark and happy, and I wish I can fill it up with love." © 2016 Abeer TarekReviews
