Tears

Tears

A Chapter by Abeer Tarek

Tears.

"I hate feelings, and I hate myself for having them, they contain me in the worst way possible, I weep in times when I shouldn't and I don't in times when I should; because tears are betrayers, they come out when people are around and because I have feelings I can't control them. They show how weak I am, and I like people to see me strong, I am not strong nor brave but I like people to think so, because we're in a society where weak people are targets, targets for bullying and filthy desires, and tears show all of that, tears make me so vulnerable, they are the enemy of the human nature, and they destroy me as a human being."

I really feel quite the same way. Weak people are definitely targets. But the thing is, we are all weak at one point, it's just the ones that act strong that are often times left alone. I am not that good of an actor though...good writing I like how deep you seem to think
