Hollows

Hollows

A Poem by Abby

Their crimson eyes

                                Stare blindly,

                Times enemy,

Cursing their mortality.

Fury rising

From their fingertips,

                Stars beckon

On a blistering night.

The moonshine,

                                Hollowed from the echoes

                Of their

Bleeding hearts.

Dug into flesh,

                                Tears dripped to dust,

                Blinding pain,

The colour ripped from their eyes.

Stained.

Tainted.

Dark eternity forevermore.

                Flow, the streams of light.

Author's Note

Abby
This is the first thing I've written in two years, since I left high school. Thought I should try again. I've missed it.
