In particular anger; a tinge of lemon mist circles the air, puckered.
It feels like fingers wrapped around the heart, leaving prints that could end or start life.
Again.
Suspicion; what to make of labored breathing.
Good or bad?
Most likely exhilarating.
Even if that final beat has nowhere left to go.
At least by then it’s over.
