A Poem by Abigale LeCavalier

Definition

The accommodation

of other Peoples problems

with image,

I am a small projection

on a very large screen.

Being not

a facsimile,

representation,

or cheap dime store knock off,

I am what I perceive I am

100%.

And even when I get

that telling

second glance,

or that snicker

in the street,

I retain

my composure.

Even in the face

of perversion.

I am as real

as the setting sun,

and there is no fault

in the assumption,

that I am NOT

what others would

define me to be.

This is great!
I love the rhyme of "sun" with "assumption" off rhymes like that make me happy~ X3 They make my brain kind of go "yum" if you know what I mean. lol

I love how you described staying stoic in the face of doubters. =] I do that all the time. There can be no fear when one is oneself~

Great write!
