Sea Of Tranquility

Sea Of Tranquility  


I look to The Moon
to The Sea of Tranquility,
it reminds me of her eyes
and how I used to live there.

I held her tight 
in the deep waters,
she bit my hand
when I got too close;
it was almost symbiotic
if there is such a thing.

But I couldn't quite understand 
the way she trembled
when I kissed her skin,
or held her hand
in such a way
to expel her breath,
again unnatural.

There is something I am missing
on the ground which I am standing,
she looks at me so oddly 
like she did in the beginning!

So I let her run in wild circles,
and tiptoe slowly 
into forests deep,
until she was away from me.

And again it's The Moon
I see her swim,
smiling from her waves
in the Ocean of Storms.
