Do yourself a favour…..take your Chat GP outside and put a bullet in its wiring. If you ever hope to be taken seriously as a writer of any form use your own mind and imagination and develop poetic skills with experience. AI cannot teach you about prosody, cadence, meter, rhyme scheme etc etc. To rely on such is purely lazy and you will not be taken seriously. Study the layout of your poem above and it will show you the uselessness of writing with an AI guide. Unevenly lined stanzas. Lines out of meter. Repetitive rhymes in various lines. Rhyme scheme out of whack across the entire poem. Etc etc. By all means google and learn about poetry or read, read, read poetry but never rely on AI for any creativity. You have a brain inside your skull. More powerful than any AI program. Use it!

Anyone that has to resort to using AI in place of thinking for themselves, creating their own ideas, own words and inputting their own experiences and emotions into said words, is no poet or writer at all. Just a fool using a cheat sheet for lack of skill and talent. Good luck. Cheats are always shunned.

Hmm.... this is difficult, because I don't know where to stand on it. As much as I love and respect the creativity of the voice being the main focus, and having ChatGPT help, I have to ask how much help was given. Was it in the sense of asking ChatGPT to help with the structure? Or did it write the poem itself.

As it stands, AI has a terrible tendency to steal, and overall has a lack of voice. I feel like this is a creative pursuit, though if AI is doing all the writing, I'd highly suggest giving your own attempt at it. I've run this though ChatGPT and it claims that it is it's own original work. Still, this reads very much like an AI. When I asked to write another poem like it, it was pretty much the same. It's hard to add voice to something when the voice has already been stripped from it.

I can't judge using AI images for projects. When I do that, I'm not anticipating on getting paid. It's just a place holder, for a fun project, wanting to add a little bit of spice, while accepting the major limitations of AI art.

Best of luck with your youtube channel, and props to you for being as dedicated as you have been to it. I know I don't have the full story, and at not point is this an attack of any kind. Just wanting to point out that learning poetry from AI WILL have major limitations.

I chose the subject matter and made edits to the poem. I'm learning a lot through ChatGPT both by the examples ChatGPT writes for me, and by conversations I have with ChatGPT about poetic form, and rhyming and phrase lists that ChatGPT generates for me. Although ChatGPT could be a poetic crutch for me, I hope instead to always let ChatGPT flesh out my work, but get more and more creative in the parts that I'm contributing. For example, I've been trying to make more and more comedic poems and I find hack poetry to help a lot with comedy, so I've been trying to find really dense rhyming verses and comedic topics to match those verses. ChatGPT helps me cover a lot more ground when it comes to that. The more I interact with ChatGPT the harder it is to tell which is me and which is ChatGPT since I'm reusing content by ChatGPT. Honestly though, at this time it's mostly ChatGPT.

AI art is a complicated subject. I hope it helps that I've delcared my position. I'm mostly fearful of dishonesty.

I'm not here to bully or strong-arm anyone who wants to be creative and experiment. I genuinely care about the growth and well being of creatives alike. I think what you're doing is a really creative spin with AI! Just don't be afraid to reach out and mold your own voice; don't let ChatGPT tune you out.

I think it's wise to be upfront like you were about it, and frankly, it sounds like this is something you really care about. You wouldn't have bothered to start a youtube channel and consistently work on that if you weren't.

My only advice is to keep branching out with your own voice, and to remember that AI is the assistant, not the master.
