Someone in pain who can't say it out ended up writing it

The pain that I have

Tearing me from the inside out

 

I can’t

I can’t move

My fears and struggles have

Left me to lose

 

I can’t

I can’t find

The right frame of mind

The words to say out loud

Stucked in my mouth

 

I can’t

I can’t breathe in

I can’t breathe out

The air that has kept me alive

What is the point of having such a life?

 

I can’t

I can’t let it go

My thoughts and feelings are killing me
