Immortal Life Metal songA Poem by AWickedMoonImmortal
Life.
Turn around,
I hit the ground, A bruise
forming on my arm. Blood
seeping down my chest.
<Scream>
And I fall,
kill the myths, kill the legons, I am the
underdog to the gods. In my own I
will survive!
Falling,
falling, falling, crash. In the dust I lay deserted but undefeated. I brush off
the coals of my fire and walk on. In search
of freedom I can’t have. In the distance
I hear the damned.
<Scream>
Paint my
lips in blood, I was born
with pity, but no humanity. I will
fight their battles, my satisfy my own lust.
I have no
ties, only a mission, Only a
story half way written. And in the
end it comes with death. My death
but a kiss of freedom.
And I fall,
kill the myths, kill the legends, I am the
underdog to the gods. And without
their help I will survive.
In the
deserted shadows I will wander, left to ponder time. And why so
much is in my hand and so little in yours. But for now
In the dust I lay deserted but undefeated. I brush off
the coals of my fire and walk on. Once dead in afterlife, Ill break through this veil, And return to my perch upon this Shadowed world. And my name they will taste on their lips. © 2013 AWickedMoonAuthor's Note
