A Fairies Forest

In the silent mist, my thoughts do wander,

Upon a lily pad I ponder,

That man pacing up yonder,

I hear the leafs crunching beneath his feet,

What does he carry in his hands?

It clicks and shudders,

A weapon I wonder as he points it at my favorite trees,

It clicks, a flash, yet my tree is still intact?

A closer glace?-I don’t think I will chance,

 

And so I scurry away still unseen for the day
