Blue City

Wrote this poem for a contest

I slip my legs over the edge in to the pool of blue and white,

The light dances around my feet,

This ocean seems to stretch on forever the rest hidden in the mist

Loud noises float up from below its depths

Creatures bustle around the carved roads

It is a beautiful blue sea filled with life

This is my city
