My dearest rose.

I wrote this poem in honor of one of my best friends, my cat Rosie.

For some time we watched you grow,

               A beautiful bud to a gorgeous rose,

 But the time has come to let you go to lay you down so you may sleep

      My dearest rose I hope that you may find serenity

Our German Shepherd, Sid, died in my arms last year...he was 12, we'd had him since he was a puppy. I can relate this piece very well. A moving tribute to your dearly missed Rosie. Thank you for sharing this with us

I am grateful that I was able to hold Rosie in my hands as she left; she had to be euthanized. My first cat phantom and dog Rocky had to be euthanized but every time I think of them I regret not staying with her till they passed. I am sorry for your loss. Thank you.

Thankyou. She was an amazing compaion but now she can play in the sky with my old cat Phantom. I now have two very loving ragdoll cats and an adorable Rottie puppy. :)

He is a cute little boy with a patch on one eye. He broke his leg on a slippery floor when just a few months old. Didn't have any insurance so ending up paying out just over 4k for a private vet to repair him. He's back to normal now :)
