Run-Away

Run-Away

A Poem by AWhiteRose
"

A short poem, that I also put in German because I'm starting to really love the language.

"

 Run-Away

When she runs,

When she runs away like her mother,

She leaves no loved one's behind,

Just one father,

Who lost the meaning of the word love.

Bruised arms, to be soft skin again,

Deep cuts to be meaningless scars,

And each memory to be forgotten,

Like she's to forget who caused all the pain,

When the boys in blue come,

Just like her own father,

She lies about it all,

To protect the "hero" that caused it all,

A hero with the hands of a demon

Run-away
