A soldier.

A soldier.

A Poem by A Social Corpse
"

This is dedicated to SSG Timothy Sonders US Army. May you finally find peace my friend, my comrade, my brother.

"

What day is it?

What year is it?

What happened?

Questions in my mind

Answers I just cant find.

The shock was trembling

And now Im crumbling.

The gunshots are loud

But I cant hear a sound.

Darkness smothering me

Consciousness fleeting.

Please don’t leave me

Stay until I leave.

What day is it?

What year is it?

Where am I going?

A Social Corpse
This is my first poem, I hope I didn't butcher it and honestly I don't even know if this is classified as poetry.
