Those little things *grumbles*

Those little things *grumbles*

A Poem by Aramey

It's those little things that make or break
wondering how much emotion my heart can take
sometimes they come in strong and true
and others, I could run from you

A pen as my sword, I dash and weave
all the while I want to believe
fighting myself, the battle untold
feelings not to be bought or sold

At the end of the day they get to me
these little things that threaten "we"
how could these things hold so much weight
when strapped together a strange, bittersweet taste

How do I find the center in me
when the worlds upside down, entangled in weeds
am I strong enough to fight this through
especially if it means I'll still be with you.

Finding a center is not always as easy as we wish... and yet as people we are not marking time at one place on a line - we are the WHOLE line. Being accepted as who we are is about the most important decision that needs to be made and followed.

a thought full work here.
