Gypsy Souls

Gypsy Souls

A Poem by Aramey

Have you heard the thunder thrumming
under his pounding hooves...
his heart, a fast drumming.
Power stutters as he puts it to shame,
and everything scurries, out of his way.

This wild beast can never be tamed,
he and I, are one in the same...
We run free, and cannot be changed.
Gypsy souls, we're far out of range
home as others call it, is far too strange.
