Two HeartsA Poem by Aramey
I will love you, until the sun turns to grey
until the stars refuse to shine and then... I still might love you anyway. You see, I've crossed the finish line your arms, the final entryway you've stolen this heart of mine. My fingertips are such simple things until they move across your skin warmth, and subtle awakenings, the dawn, where my demons had been and my heart, continues hastening how much I love you? I cannot begin. These rarities have no endings two hearts that make one whole, requiring no breaking, or painful bending no ill-requests or costly toll best of all, there's no pretending or from one to another, control. As we stand on the cusp of forever you've known my gypsy soul, all the bonds, I firmly severed too close... and there I go but all these years and you, never. I keep running back for more. You're my best friend, lover, hero, and home continuing all these years my timeless standing stone,
and a conduit singing, music of the spheres. I will love you when time itself, is overthrown until all existence, ceases, and disappears. © 2013 Aramey |
