Breaking the SilenceA Poem by ArameyWord play given by Julie Stanley: elusive, temperamental, hyperbole, assimilation, agnostic, illustrious, fantastical, driven, shadow, sorrowful, apologetic, pulchritudinous.
"Assimilation unconfirmed", a voice rang out, a call.
belief has become agnostic, 'tis no belief... at all civilization is pulchritudinous, only where mirrors lie Where every shadow betrays, and truth goes to die. A temperamental song... elusive hearts recoil secret messages to disrupt known truth of soul, driven to deceit, far beyond~ a great hyperbole each pulled into a massive, sorrowful black hole. One... stands pure, with her illustrious iron quill, her ink to paper, she jots one word to share, unapologetic for her fantastical free will. She turns 'round for all to see, a silent prayer one word to break the mindless control... opening their sunken eyes, "love" was written there. © 2013 Aramey |
