Only Bihar Residents Can Apply for the Job of Primary Teachers: Bihar CM

• Bihar CM Nitish Kumar announced a big change regarding the rules of teacher recruitment in primary schools.
• He said that only the residents of Bihar will be able to fill the form for the recruitment posts of Panchayat Primary School teachers.
• Recently, Nitish Kumar has strengthened his claim in the elections by announcing a 15% increase in the basic salary of the employed teachers.
• Earlier, MP CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan had also decided that only people of the state could apply for government jobs in the state.
• These decisions of Bihar and MP have been taken in view of elections. Earlier, the government of Kamal Nath also promised to give priority to the people of MP.
