Nirbhaya gang-rape case has taken a new turn, three out of four convicts have reached the International Court of Justice against hanging.

  • Akshay, Pawan and Vinay's lawyer AP Singh have written a letter to the international court demanding a ban on 20th March hanging.
  • On Monday, the SC dismissed the Mukesh's plea seeking action against Vrinda Grover.
  • Counsel for the convict AP Singh said, justice is not being done in this case due to political pressure and media, there are papers but the court is not agreeing.
  • The death warrant has been issued to the Nirbhaya convicts for the fourth time by the Patiala House Court, the convicts have saved themselves from hanging three times.
