On mirror glass so spacious
And in clear essence, emotions high,
He is clasped in chains of uncertainty.
A god bound to a human body,
In this life he touches two hearts.
Love as powerful as war; he must choose
Which women to love in gracious splendor
And which to leave in the lonely unknown.
Against his better judgment he must choose,
Between two goddesses he holds close;
Knowing one will feel the pain,
The pain of unwanted heartache.
He is indifferent; content to pleasurable be with either,
But they ache for his answer as they would ache for air.
So he must choose.
