Paint Me Rainbow 

Drenched in a pool of negativity

I cannot exist

‎Suffocated by quicksand of hopelessness

I cannot breathe

Please save me 

Can anybody hear me?

Pull me out from this cursed fate

‎Unleash me from these bruising chains

Bathe my soul in waters of love

Dry my body with silk of compassion

Restore me to my original truth

Paint me with red, yellow and blue

The colours of passion, happiness and ‎trust

‎Colour me with indigo intuition 

Add orange for optimism

Inject my aura with green and violet too

Menders of balance, growth and higher imagination 

My silent cry you heard

You saw me dying and rescued me

A lost child you took in your arms

The breath of life you puffed in my lungs

My sunlight

My dew

My shelter during devastating storms.

There's nothing in negativity. Only positive thought can make a life beautiful. But no one really can protect himself/herself from negative effects. But when you overcome that you become victorious. Your poem is quite wonderful.

it is so good when someone can get us to trust again...we ourselves can only push away the rain clouds and create the rainbow, but then if we have someone to share it with?
that is when the skies will remain clear.
