All The Forgotten ShadowsA Poem by A Lonely MinuteA Tribute To The ForgottenA Forgotten Rebel Shadow by: a Lonely Minute I am the fading shadow in the darkening night. As the fire dies you won't notice, we fade from your sight The deepening shadow consumed by the night, You won't look around for me because everything's alright, In your world you disregard the shadows, lost to the night. But here we all remain, Silent and in vain, As the night ends, And our jail cell bends, The rising sun sets us free, And finally we can breath, Too swiftly the night consumes all light, I am a shadow, lost to the night. Is day a way to say hooray! or raise false hope, they won't say. Night though we know, consumes those dark and made of shadows So I guess we should shine a light to break the night that holds our fright and overcome the shadows that belong to the night.
