My Goodbye

We’ve made it to our last song.

I chose two songs from the EPIC: The Musical.

The artist has been writing these songs for 4 years.

I loved watching him write them along the way.

But now it’s over.

So people now just re-listen to these songs.

Looking over the process of how these songs were written.

Reliving the old memories.

We do this too.

But with different things.

We go back and watch those old marching band videos.

We scroll through those photos in our gallery.

Thinking back to the times when things were simpler.

Things are changing now.

There is no stopping that.

But you can control the way you let it affect you.

That is the one thing you can control in life.

Yourself.

No matter what good or bad moments have or will happen.

You have the ability to control how that changes you.

You can let it change you for better or worse.

Maybe I’m thinking too logically again.

You get my point.

The one I’ve been trying to make this entire time.

Please consider every possibility.

It doesn’t have to end poorly.

I’m not saying that it will end poorly.

But there is something that you can still decide.

Maybe one day you might understand.

Maybe not today.

After all, you’re just a man.
