The Right People Are Timeless

People make excuses and the biggest one is time.
People meet the right people at the wrong time.

But one thing people never understand.

Is that the right people are timeless.

Out of 8.1 Billion people there is one person.

A person who will understand you.

Better than you ever could yourself.

This one person.

Sometimes we don’t realize they exist.

Or we do, but we want something different.

Something better.

But would something different really be any better?

This person makes you their priority.

Even when you break their heart.

You are all they care about.

And thank god they do.

There is no right person at the wrong time.

Because if you truly cared about them.

Then you wouldn’t wait for a right time.

Because they are your right person. 

If you do wait.

Then don’t hold them back.

They deserve better.

They deserve the world.

They could have everything.

If you would just let them go.

But maybe you can’t do that.

Maybe you do care.

Now you need to make a decision.

Let them go.

Or ask them to stay.

I can’t do that for you.

Though I do hope it’s the latter.

I don’t think I will ever be able to forget this past year.

Everything that has happened.

I’m grateful for that.

Because this was different.

It was special.

To me, you are timeless.

While I will be stuck in your past.

I hope to see you again in the present day.
