I wonder who this is written about? Just because I closed my account for a few days doesn’t mean I’m dead so it better not be about me. I had mailed you I’ll be busy and taking a break from here for a week or two. So there! Welcome back and don’t disappear again.

I was about to tell you dear Bunny but my QWERTY was stolen by a rat 😹
Thank you for unblocking me. I definitely see a connection between your decision to block/unblock me & your intent in writing this poem. I'm sorry you perceived she and me as somehow being in wicked cahoots, but I'm old & forgetful so this whole misunderstanding will be a fart in the wind in five minutes. Despite being blocked by you, I'm able to see that your reviewing is fair-minded & that's why I'm puzzled you are still grinding on this enuf to post a poem about it. You drove her off. You did it single-handedly & I hope you're proud of yourself now for "cleaning up" the cafe! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

It'd be really nice to forget it all as a fart in the wind, as you said. So I'll be actually grateful for a bad memory 😀 Blocked or unblocked I do enjoy your poetry much! And after everything said, it's just a happy feeling to see you here. Thanks a ton for this awesome surprise visit! HUGS!
Its funny this poem should feel good at the end but I am left thinking of all the crap freedom makes allowance for and of all the things that the witch was blamed for but was really the actions of others using her guise as the scapegoat:/

Brief and to the point but.. which point I wonder? Could be of a person.. a thought.. a dilemma.. even the virus hanging onto our shirt tails. What or whichever it sits waiting for yet more research,, you have a way of 'speaking' as if setting readers a project or homework! So, for now,, will think about this one and get back to you!

Thanks a ton for reading and pondering over this little piece!
Sort of wishing this was the death of the virus, but when you see the word witch in a poem it usually suggests a woman of wrath, and since it's not my ex it must be yours. Sadly missed I assume was not on the headstone.

Don't know what to make of this one. Superficially, it seems like a simple, if mysterious statement. Is there an allegory here? If so, what is really being stated about whom? Or am I just reading too much into it?
