Day Dream Wondering

a short poem

Here I sit and wonder

glancing out the window thats out yonder

I see a place of peace and calmness

guided by the gentle hand of native spirits

giving way to new life and ways

in this place I see a man

a humble shaman with a guieding hand  

I ask in wonder of many things

As he answers with a humble tone

follw me and I will teach you

of your many things you wish to learn

I follow to his place of guidence

in this place of guidence

the shallow cave comes alive

I watch the shaman very closely

teaching wisdom from long ago

as I learn the more I wonder

this is the place I want to wonder
