Page Member Help Needed

Hi. I have a question. One of my best friends had a miscarriage and I have no idea how I'm suppose to help. She says she's ok but I'm still worried she's just saying that to calm me and our other friend down and not check up on her constantly. Should I give her time to herself or try my best to help her through this?
