My mother was 15 almost 16 when she had me, my biological father was 5 years older than her. He was fully adopted. His adopted father at the time demanded she abort me. He kept threatening and all that kind of stuff to her.

She obviously didn’t because well I’m still here. If she had decided to, that would have been her right. And honestly I wouldn’t have blamed her. She was young and had a promising future, plus her heart stopped during delivery. I am angry at bio dad’s adopted father though because of his demands, because it was not his body.

After she had me and returned to school her sophomore year(I’m a summer baby), another young woman, who was apparently another former fling of my bio dads approached her. She told her “she was very strong to have gone through the pregnancy and kept me”. Apparently this other young woman was confronted much like my own mother was. It makes me even angrier when I think about it! Not because the ordeal involved a potential sibling, but because she was practically forced into getting an abortion.

This past Monday I saw my bio dad’s adopted father at his funeral, I was polite in a kill him with kindness kind of way. With me just being there felt like a big f*** you to him.
